1. Digital Service Policy:
As StremiPrime offers digital streaming services, all purchases are considered final once accessed or used. We generally do not offer refunds for active subscriptions.

2. Refund Eligibility:
You may request a refund within 3 days of purchase only if you have not accessed any content or features during that time. After streaming begins, refunds are not eligible.

3. How to Request a Refund:

4. Subscription Cancellations:
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations stop future billing but do not result in automatic refunds.
